Return conditions

In the event that the customer is not satisfied with the products, he has a right of withdrawal of 10 clear days from the day of receipt of his order to return one or more items.

To make a return, please go to yourCustomer Account > Select the order in question > request a return.

here is the Return form , print it, complete it and attach it to your shipment.

The returned product(s) must be in new condition, not have been worn or have been subject to any use and in their original packaging, accompanied by a copy of the invoice. Otherwise the package will be returned.

Shipping costs related to the return of products remain the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted upon reimbursement.

Any customs fees linked to the return of the product from a foreign country are also the responsibility of the customer.

Ensure a good return

Kube Store strongly advises its customers to return products by Tracked Parcel. The customer also has the possibility to choose the carrier of his choice. However, the return costs as well as the associated risks are the responsibility of the customer. It is therefore recommended to provide proof of this return, which requires that the products are returned with package tracking, or by any other means giving a certain date.

Upon receipt, and subject to these return conditions, the seller will reimburse the order excluding shipping costs within 15 days following receipt of the package by the seller. No exchange is possible.

If these return conditions are not respected, the package will be returned to the customer at their expense and will not result in any refund.

Excluded from any warranty:

– Non-compliant use and maintenance as well as defects in use or maintenance.

– Damage due to handling error, abusive or abnormal use, intentional or accidental physical modification, use for professional or commercial purposes.

– Damage due to an external event (lightning, water damage, etc.).

– Interventions carried out on the jewelry by any person not authorized by the After-Sales Service as well as damage resulting from such intervention.

Reimbursement will be made to the means of payment used to settle the initial invoice. It is not possible to replace or exchange returned products. You will need to place a new order online.
